Trust is a layered signal, not a badge you win. Identity, employer standing, job authenticity, and everyday behavior all feed the same picture — quietly and consistently.

Verification is a trust layer, not a worthiness test. You belong on Qareeb whether or not you complete it. Verified signals simply help others feel safe with you sooner.

A private ID and selfie check that adds a discreet verified signal to your profile. Optional for members, expected for high-trust roles like verified employers and hiring managers.

Official jobs on Qareeb come from verified employers with claimed company pages. This protects members from fake recruiters and scam roles without shutting out smaller teams.

Jobs vs shared opportunities
Official listings live in Jobs; members can also share roles, referrals, and calls in the feed. Both are welcome — we just make it clear which is which.

Safety, reporting, and moderation
One-tap reporting on posts, profiles, jobs, and messages. Mute and block are always available. Reports are private, reviewed by trained humans, and connected to the trust system.
